Cancellation & Refund Policy

We believe in delivering results. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

No General Cancellations or Refunds

• Due to the nature of digital marketing services, we do not offer general refunds once the service period has started.

Performance-Based Guarantee

• If we fail to achieve at least 50% of the agreed performance goals in a given month (based on metrics like leads, clicks, reach, or conversions defined at project start), we will not charge the client for the next month.

• This does not apply if client-side delays or incomplete inputs affect the results.

Communication

• All concerns regarding performance should be addressed in writing within 7 days of monthly report delivery.
